    If it is manageable number create a big user group, if not have a cut down number of 'leads' who then coordinate across a wider user community. HTH.

    Need more input!!!

    There is a world of difference between a small enterprise and a multi-national. It is nationwide? Europe wide? Worldwide?

    'User involvement' can mean anything from gathering requirements to skills assessments, comms and training and much more.

    Your RACI would be a good start in determining your needs but it would need to have a number of perspectives covering business strategy to operations.

    BTW, General is not usually a good place to start serious discussions
