Help with 'Personal Service Company Questionnaire'
I have received a raft of documents as part of my 'on boarding pack' for a new gig via a large agency. I will only provide services outside of ir35.
One of the requested documents is a 'Limited Company Compliance Questionnaire'.
It gives the following 3 options:
A. PSC
B. Umbrella
C. Other (Companies operating a different structure should set out in full the manner in which they operate in Section C.).
I'm confused by some of the questions in A - (I want to stay opted in)- any suggestions please?
