    This sounds like the Agency Worker Regulations which you cannot opt out from - if you are in business on your own account (apply the same rules as IR35) then you won't fall within the scope of the legislation

    Not sure if you understand the nature of the question, but AWR does not apply to Dirs of Ltd Cos...maybe you're thinking of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations which is where I believe the Opt-In/Opt Out derives.

    All standard? Any red flags? Is this wording acceptable 'Personal Services Limited Company'?
    Tell them you do not wish to opt out. I don't see what this has to do with "scope of the assignment". Sounds like an agency ploy to get you to opt out.

    Question is for them to assess whether assignment falls within scope of regs
