    The OP didn't understand his contract - he had monthly payment terms on weekly invoices.

    To the OP - come back AFTER the 28th day of contract end.

    If they still haven't paid you THEN you can complain that they haven't coughed up and you can start proceeding with payontime and dunning.

    Otherwise go back and re-read your contract...

    All,

    a heads up, if you apply to Cloud Computing International working on contract for Capita Clinical Solutions, the agency dont pay after stated period from contract. When you leave as you have not been paid, cloud computing international will throw all legal terms from your contract at you but refuse to comment on why you dont get paid..
    The company capita clinical solutions who know nothing about citrix, will hold back your payment and refuse to comment on why they wont release payment to you..

    Please all watch out, i have a stack owed to me...
