Yes most probably; or could be that lots of contractors, at least the Java related banking ones, are not on or don't care to purger themselves on Contractor UK.

I have been looking at Java Banking in London on Jobserve, just out of interest, and there is not a lot there very recently. Last year I did work in financial sector.

Looks like that was a no? Which could sort of answer your question in a positive way, but more likely means that market has become a Ghost town.

Any Java, JavaEE contract developers looking for work in financial services area, banking. What´s the market like in London?

Is it really difficult?

Are they doing Agile with a Big "A" yet?
