Hmm... not so sure about this, have been burnt on this before.

Well I'll be.
'cruiter asks for references, "names and numbers please" while also selecting the UK reference at the multi-national out of the three references which were global.
Hmm... not so sure about this, have been burnt on this before.
Still, picked a 4th out of the hat, a good colleague and friend that I knew I wouldn't burn if this turned out not to be what it said on the tin.
