Placement? Look - go to sap.com and check out their FICO training courses and book yourself on them. Then take the certification.
2- Is it good to do SAP in London or India ? I am planning to move back to India in 3yrs time.
It's certainly cheaper to do the training in India. Or Singapore. Or South Africa.
3- Do we have claims analyst jobs in India, incase if i continue with my job for some more time, i am concerned about relevant work experience which might or might not be helpful
    Try asking on contractorIndia.com...

Really? Are you for real? I am an SAP FICO consultant and it is business and financial experience that counts just as much as technical knowledge, you won't learn that in a course. I have worked with many SAP certified FI/CO specialists who haven't got the financial background and they have all been useless, even the ones that could speak English!

Before doing any course check to see if there is a market for the skills.
Get in contact with some agents in India and find out what the market is like.
How many years experience would be required after training.
