Although it's easy to get a list from Google (see what I did there, I refuted northernladuk before he could get a word in), I am wondering if anybody has any experience and can recommend a good, engaging corporate lawyer they've either heard of or used before.

I need to draft a bespoke contractual/consultancy agreement and shareholder agreements.

I am compiling a list to call up for later in the day.
