Depends on how long s/he plans to stay there. I would suggest that s/he ensures the contract has a notice clause.

Hi,
I am considering an offer for a contract in Sweden.
The role is in the IT and I have 10+ years experience as system administrator.
As I don't know very much about the market in Sweden, I would need to know if the hourly rate of 500 SEK (55 EUR) gross is something realistic to live in Stockholm?
