Yes, but you may want to take care that the contract is formed under English law rather than Scottish law which may (or may not) be different...

What Cojak Said. I worked in Edinburgh a few years back, and used my Ltd Co at the time. Albeit that the agency was based in England, but that shouldn't matter. Unless Scotland drops the Sterling and quits the Union and forms martial law against us English and Welsh men and women, it should still be allowed.

This is still the United Kingdom, Scotland is still part of the Union (at least until 2014...).

Can i work in Scotland with Ltd company registered in England and Wales

Hi Guys,

I am in London now and i have opened a Ltd company which states registered in England and Wales.

I have got an offer from Glasgow, Scotland.

My question is: Do i have to register a LTD company in Scotland OR can i use the same LTD which is registered in England and Wales?

Please clarify this.
