Have you looked at Job Listings - Stack Overflow Careers 2.0
They have a filter for telecommute jobs. Mostly permie but contracts pop up now and again.

Other option is finding work through the web - I current work 100% remotely for a Swedish company and have never met or spoken to any of them. However I never found a site specialising in this, it's happened organically from hanging around on various tech forums (LinkedIn groups are probably worthwhile too).

There are threads on WFH and remote working already. It's very difficult to get. I'm doing it, but I worked for the client for a while in their offices and delivered a lot of good software so they still wanted me to do some development for them when I told them I couldn't come to the office any more.
To get someone to have trust you enough to do front end dev from home takes a lot of time. The only other option is finding some fixed price chunks of work.

Working from home
Hello,
Can anyone one recommend some effective methods for establishing a 100% working-from-home regime for a front-end developer please, eg recruitment agencies that specialise in this ?
Thanks
