https://payontime.co.uk/Originally posted by mos View PostI have been working through relatively small independent agency on the assignment with Private Equity Fund in London. The client paid on time, however the agent alleges liquidity issues as an excuse to delay the payment to me. My invoice is now 59 days overdue. The amount is over £10,000.
I have credit checked this agent - he does not have any credit but also no CCJs as yet.
I know that it was a stupidity to entangle myself in such a mess - however I will much appreciate constructive posts about damage limitation.
