The thing is they didnt do anything wrong specifically in a professional sense, just didnt provide a good service. Made mistakes with Direct debits, forgot to send out documents, never emailed me back etc.
Mate of mine joined them as well and had the same as me. He ended up leaving a month or so later as well.

Sorry, I probably need to make it a bit clearer on the new website. To confirm, the IR35 assessments (3 of them) are included free of charge with any other policy you purchase. We've just got rid of the 'Qdos Freelance Club' product on there because it was cluttering up the DB.
You just need to email the contract in - freelancer at qdoscontractor dot com.
