but it is well known that Santander have the worst helpdesks in the industry. They impoved on their complaints by more than the others put together this year but thats because they had so many.

Santander On Line Banking - Again!

Anyone having problems trying to make payments from 'My Account' screen with these *******?

Had to use a workaround (shows how ******* good they are!) to make an important payment. Couple of weeks ago got a message saying due to a technical issue they couldnt process the payment request.

So, im surprised Im still getting similar issues tonight. And no, the account hasnt been hacked.
