    Agreed. It seems to be a complete and utter shambles. Perhaps they have just figured out that it will sound the death knell for IR35 (you will either be genuinely in business or you will have employee rights from the agency) and they are now tulipting bricks.

    The government have only just woken up to how much it will screw the economy which is already screwed.

    Also they are becoming more aware that we are interpreting European Directives to our detriment.

    It's a joke. A week after the AWR was announced Client Co who had 400 agency temps (not contractors) had legal advise telling them how to get around it. It really is a joke.
