Only problem is they pulled the role grrrr

If it's with QDOS you won't wait long. Three weeks ago, I emiled a scanned copy of a contract to them and I got the answer within 20 minutes. To be fair though, even I could see that it was the best agency contract I've ever seen for IR35 compliance.

Don't sign it.
I had a contract with Spring about 2 years ago and got told by the agent that it was IR35 friendly and no contractor had ever had a problem.
I told the agent I was not prepared to sign until the contract came back, he tried to reassure me and said if the contract comeback with any issues they would be happy to change the contract.
I declined to sign until the review was completed; subsequently turned out to be well within IR35 and the agent refused to make any of the proposed changes as at the time it was a group policy not to change the wording of contracts.
My advice would be to wait, if you ask nicely I'm sure the people doing the review could turn in round in a day at a push.

Just tell them you are awaiting the results of the review. You aren't obliged to make a decision.
