    Unfortunately if you did give your ex clients as your referee you just fed the monster. Only give ex agents to confirm the dates of your roles and only when absolutely neeessary. The more people that give their clients the more agents will do it.

    I've got an interview with K2 Partnering by the end of this week. Did you had any interview? How is the work environment like? If you managed to see anything at all? Is the interview going to be a waste of time at all? I have been let down by similar partner consultancies before.
