Most of these people aren't coming in on HSMPs anyway, but ICTs. Different level of abuse altogether.

You should send this to the editorial desk at the Daily Mail, it might make news, or maybe not as they all seem to be doing it, plus RBS etc (owned by UKTAXPAYER unltd). Civil servants though are doing it to secure costs savings for the UK ...just don't touch their own perks/pension that wouldn't be right.
I wouldn't send it to The Guardian, it'd be 'good' news to them.

That doesn't surprise me, I have my CV registered and viewable with every UK job board going and it clearly states my security status.

I heard the news through a friend... can't beleive that our govt have given SC jobs to HSMP's when you have many people Qing for the jobs.
