    But don't forget to declare it in case they do background checks. I once had to "let go" of someone who didn't and got found out. It wouldn't have been a problem if he had been up front about it.

    AFAIK there is no ISO that disbars you from employment. Having a criminal record is not a barrier to employemnt, and in most roles, possibly subject to a risk assessment if you are the candidate they want you will get the role.

    There would be certain employers who depending on the crime (financial etc) will not touch you with a barge pole.
