    Erm... yes.. take out PL and Indemnity insurace. QDOS do it for about £250 for a million quid or summat like that.

    Also have a look in the Accounting Legal forum as PL/PI gets discussed a lot. There is a chat going on right now about it being a requriement for someones client.... The link to it is here...

    Liability clause

    Ok in the contract that the new company I am about to join has the below clause is in there:

    6.3 The Consultancy shall indemnify the Client against all loss and liability suffered or incurred as a result of the Consultant’s acts or omissions. The total liability under this clause shall not exceed the total sums payable for the Services.

    Now I am a bit scared of this, in case things slip on the project and they ask me to pay them back….. Any advice?
