I was expecting advice along the lines of reading the bounced mail header and Telnetting onto the mail server and ...
or tracert to the mail server and see where it is hosted to see if the hosting company has problems ...
or email postmaster@ and webmaster@ and known.to.not.exist.123@ and see what happens to those emails.
or see what their web site says
or something.

What? An agency getting into trouble? Never!!!Originally posted by MarillionFan View PostRidiculous idea pmeswani. Why on earth would you do that when you can post on a contracting bulletin board the question which in turn infers they could be in trouble.
Quick. Pull your money out!!!!

Don't know what has become of me.
.
I was suppose to get a Job Description from Aston Carter a few days back, but I know the guy was phishing for leads. Can't remember his name off hand.... so I guess they could be doing some last ditch attempts of staying afloat.

SuperZ is probably right. MS Exchange can be jittery but I don't think it is sensitive to its users' financial difficulty.
However, CUK support ticket #00001 has been logged for your problem and one of our support team* will be contacting you soon.
*NickFitz usually starts his shift round about now.

I doubt it, I think the emails just wouldn't be answered if they were bust, I doubt many agencies have an on-site mail server that would have the plug pulled immediately when they went bust. In fact the response you had was probably from the mail server anyway. It might be a case that the recipients mailbox is full as I have seen this error recently while at client co and that was the reason why....stupid small mailbox sizes.....Originally posted by memyselfandi View PostI hope they are not in trouble.
