Yep congrats. I've my first face to face interview this coming week. Want me to take a 'technical' test then an interview.

Goodbye to Bench..
I have seen considerable change in market in last few weeks.
Finally after a very looooooooooog bench I vacated my place.
Thanks for all help from forum, it was a great relief to be here during
those testing times. Thanks again.
I know another friend of mine getting out of bench after a "short" 6 months period.
Things are definitely improveing...All the best for the rest...
