    I don't envy you, I went through this and having realised that before me they would have to pay HMRC, companies house and a mortgage, I'd given up a long time ago.

    Err .. it's been 9 months and you are still sending letters !?

    1) LBA (you might have sent this one already)
    2) http://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/ - £3K + interest + fees
    3) Either they pay back or get CCJ

    agency gone bust so may not get paid

    The agency I worked through 9 months ago still owe me about £3k and even though I've had solicitors writing threatening letters to them over the last few months they've stopped replying. Solicitor said it looks like they are going under and I won't get paid. What can I do?
