Bit late now...

He will be deemed to be working to the T&C of his original contract, if that suddenly changes from IR35 caught to outside IR35 and his role doesn't change it would never stand up in court. That's how the recent IR35 loss occurred (well it was quite a few months ago now, i suppose I should say recentish)

Notice period once on rolling contract

I'm 6 months into a contract, when I initially signed I was on a 3 month contract with a 1 month notice period. After 3 months I went on a rolling one month contract (no new contract to sign). I was wondering what my notice period is now? A contract who started the same time as me was given the push over xmas and I know he wasn't given a months notice. I could ask the agent but maybe he'll get the impression I want to leave, which i do...
