Did some stuff with them for about a year a couple of years ago. While I was in contract they were par for the course, but they only paid out once a month. because of the time I started I had to wait 6 weeks for my first block of cash to roll in.

When I finished they didn't pay all my outstanding invoices and I had to phone them up and moan and shout to get it, they did eventually come through with the cash after making various excuses as to why it hadn't been paid but it took about 7 weeks if i remember correctly.

Bear in mind this is my own experiance and they may be great for everybody else, they never denied owing me the money, just promised to give it to me and it didn't turn up, they may well have just screwed up as it did turn up eventually, I like to think the invoice for interest owed on the outstanding amount hurried things up tho

    Tunage,

I've sent you a name of a known Scam Agent to your PM, he last operated in the MK area. If his name is in any way associated with this company I would leave well alone. There could be nothing in what I say, but check first and you won't get caught out.

I spoke to them a couple of times the other month about support roles which they wanted to get me basic security clearance for. They sounded alright, but their rates were not, so I didn't bother.
Probably worth a credit check as bored says..

Run a credit check on them it will tell you about any bad history and advise a credit limit to apply. If this is less than a months invoicing then I wouldn't touch it.

started a topic Lucid Support Services Ltd ?

    Lucid Support Services Ltd ?

    Hello all

Has anyone heard of or dealt with this agency?

Ive been approached with a contract offer but a little apprehensive about sending them any personal information. They have a website www.lucid-support.com which isnt exactly the best thing ive seen and i cant really find out any more information about them.

Theyve sent me a draft contract which appears to be fine and my umbrella company say the contract appears ok but theyve not heard of them. I just want to verify their authenticity/reputation before proceeding with them.

    What are your thoughts?

    Thanks in advance.
