    I would be very careful if I were to deal with them again as they have messed me around in a big way in the past. However, as someone posted on another thread, it's not that it's an overall tulip agency, it's just the nature of the relationship I had with them.

    If it's the only way in and you want the work, then you have to decide what you don't like about their contract (which isn't all that awful, given that they treat you as their employee at all times) and negotiate it or get Bauer and Cottrell to do it for you for around £150.

    For a big corporate, they're not actually that bad: I will talk to them, unlike CP

    What do I do if they are "sole agents" to a company....?!
