Get the contract right
Originally posted by IDBIn fairness he was doing exactly as the contract stated... He was going, leaving you with 20% of his hooker's time... Afterall, you get 20% of everything he gets.
1. That I would get my 20% first, and that
2. If I wanted to exercise my option to take my 20% it would be contingent upon me being able to "get one up"
Of course the client had to sign a "mirrored" version of the new contract which took a bit of explaining. But hey I am not known as "Dodgyagent" for nothing.
Anyway once word got round that part of DAs terms of business included sessions with ladies of the night DA incorporated has become a preffered agency to many a contractor.
For all you girls out there, I am introducing a threesomes night before Christmas.
