I have a thought, for the future, that running a recruitment firm staffed entirely by ex-techies might be worth a go. I even figured out how to keep said techies interested doing something they'd not normally consider (other than paying them £100k).

    Anyone want to bankroll me?

    "No, that's not good enough"

Everyone starts their recruitment career with morals, its when they get turned over by their first candidate saying they are starting a job on Monday, then they blowout last minute for the job paying more money becuase of that late offer from the client who they thought was not never going to come.

You probably know the answer to that already.
