You don’t know? You are in big trouble.
All work-permits and visas where declared null and void months ago as most of them were fraudulent. All holders were told to go to their embassies or the nearest police station to be returned to their country of origin to re-apply. Anyone found remaining will have their passport stamped persona non grata which will mean they cannot re-enter any country in the EU.

Is the UK Government currently renewing working visas for I.T and if it isnt how
is it checking you are no longer working ?
