love em or hate em...you signed the contract (and so did your client)...they're entitled to a pound or two of flesh

Trading direct with client

I am currently on contract via an agency (Badenoch & Clark).

My client manager onsite & I have discussed and agreed between ourselves that it would be ok for me to trade direct via my own ltd company.

This would benefit us both as I could earn more but charge less.
