    i done it. 03 to 05 and 07 to 08. i'd do it again. get an all-in rate that doesn't say it is all in on the contract. don't use itecs. try and get the end client to go to you through their uk operation if you can (if they have one) that way you can bill the uk using your ltd. use the search button there's quite a lot on going dutch. good luck with the job opportunity.
