"Subject to the same Terms and Conditions as the previous contract dated xx/xx/xx - I accept" by me on behalf of my company.
but true about the payment obligations - I'd be sending this to the agency, not the client (or cc the client).

anyways, all done now. I emailed the senior bod at the client and asked her and she was happy to confirm.
Back to work Monday for a bit more!
It's always good to dot the I's and cross the T's properly by remembering the proper contract chain, start skipping links and you open yourself up to a potential world of financial hurt
You -> Ltd -> Agency -> Client
not
You -> Client

Normally it is, but in your case the email hasn't come from the company you're looking to contract with.
Get an email off the agency confirming what their client has said, and you should be OK.

If the offer is there, originate from the company and clearly states the contract and its extention - then it is binding.
