As far as I am aware - the only folks who can make money from nothing are the Central Bankers - good try though - yeah if you walked without doing your notice 'fraid you're on your own.

Good luck though - unexpected termintation happens to the best of contractors - but dont walk , it is in your own interests to serve your notice period.

I would move on and get your next contract and put this down to experience.

You are entitled to be sued by the agency for loss of commission they would have earned off you in those two weeks because of your breach of contract.
