You've done very well if you've managed to deal directly with them. I tried and failed, but working with GSK through SRG was always OK anyway on the two occasions I worked with them.

Cheers for the responses - I am actually signed up to deal direct with GSK as I did some work for them a while ago when I ousted my agent from the deal I was on but getting contracts that way is impossible as you'll never find out who the hiring manager is and the HR bods won't tell you a thing.
They are pretty good to deal direct with. Their standard consultancy contract is very good in terms of IR35 complience and they pay on time - 30 days after you have submitted your invoice. I did a year or so where I was supporting the dept I used to work in on a day per week basis in my own time.

Sorry no. But ask SRG if they're not, I'm certain they will tell you who is, I've found them very helpful in the past. It would be no loss to them if they weren't able to operate with GSK in NL if they told who actually did. Try calling Uterecht GSK and ask directly? Good luck.Originally posted by Mich the Tester View PostDo you know who their European preferred suppliers are? They have a big office and lab near Utrecht, but I can't find the preferred supplier.

GSK will not put your Ltd Co on their approved vendor lists. Good luck, HTH.

How to find a companies preferred suppliers
Logon to this networking site.Originally posted by TonyEnglish View PostDoes anybody know who are on their preferred supplier list? I've spotted a role but the agent has a limit of 1 cv he can send. I think I'm a good match but saw the role after he submitted
http://www.linkedin.com/companies/
Search for the company you are looking for
Look for current employees
Through- and you will find a name
Click on the name and you will find the agency which is probabily one of the preferred suppliers

No - don't know who is hiring etc. I've been out of GSK for a while so I don't have any contacts there anymore

I assume you can't apply direct then?Originally posted by TonyEnglish View PostDoes anybody know who are on their preferred supplier list? I've spotted a role but the agent has a limit of 1 cv he can send. I think I'm a good match but saw the role after he submitted
Edit: Have just seen this. http://www.gsk.com/careers/uk-agency-supplier.htm. Don't know how relevant this is to your cause. I assume you can apply to be on their preferred suppliers list.
