    no notice applies, but if you are not wanting to renew just let them know asap as a courtesy (and give them chance to come back with the big rate increase offer).

    Might be worth mentioning in passing that the end of the contract is looming, just in case they have forgotten.

    I wouldn't give notice, but would let people know that you are leaving soon / might be leaving soon / might be looking for an extension soon.

    Quick question...if you are coming to an end of a contract should you give same notice period of not re-newing as if leaving mid-contract or just let it run through ?
