I have a 2 day contract on mine. No I wasnt kicked out - that was the original length of the contract from day1
Also a splattering of short (<1month ) contracts, as well longer contracts, many with renewals.
Never been queried by any agent / interviewer. Never seen it as a drawback, apart from the length my CV gets to.

Probably not worth putting on unless it is relevant, that makes you look good.

Depends on what you were hired for. If it is for a specific piece of work, then add it to the CV. Make sure you mention why this piece of work was a benefit to the client. Successful short term contracts prove that you can 'hit the ground running'.
If your work has been a regular one, say to cover a permie sickness, do not mention it ...
There is another thread in the recent past discussing the pros/cons of short term work. have a look in there.

If it were me, I would put all my jobs that I have done in the past 5 years, regardless of how short. I've been asked a number of times why my recent jobs have been short.. never caused me a major problem, apart from not getting a job.
