I'd just like to ask: Is it true that all cows in Switzerland have bells on them?
When I was last there (on a hillside near Geneva) I came across some of the beasts with said bells. Most quaint I thought.

What is the back-end? Presumably oracle or SQL Server.
I did a two-week contract on SAP BW with SQL Server (at the back-end) a year ago at an overseas client. A bit dodgy as I knew (and still know) nothing about SAP, but I got away with it (just).
What sort of problems are you having with it? slow reads or writes?

SAP BW/BI performance expert
I'm looking for an expert in performance analysis within SAP BW … aggregates, tracing, finding bottle-necks, etc. for a few days or possibly weeks in Switzerland.
Anyone who knows of one, please pm me.
