    Thanks for the feedback...

    I have just got the completed schedule from the client and it reads as:

    2.1.3 consult and assist in the creation of an intranet for the Client and it’s customers;

    They use the pharse "consult and assist in".... For most of the deliverables... Sound ok you reckon ?

    I am going to have it all reviewed by a specialist but wanted to check here before I start the process...

    Cheers

    The client wants me to produce a number of modules for a CMS intranet they are building. At the moment in time they have no idea which modules they want me to develop for them. (I have other work to do before this needs doing in a couple of months time)

    They also want me to provide general appraisal of all development projects on going now and during my time at the company.

    How should I word this in the schedule from a IR35 point of view. The second one is very employee like isn’t it... Would naming the projects help ? Or am I over reacting...

    Thanks for any help...

    Sounds very much like an independant audit of project management within the organisation. The report will be a discreet deliverable rather than on going bits and peices of work as dictated by the client.

    I don't think it's very employee like, it's more of an Accenture like consultancy gig than most of us usually get
