    Look at the pc in front of you to get their name right

    In seriousness usually depends on the size of the organisationa dn what you are targeting. If it is recruitment - sme's - target the IT. larger corporates target the HR.

    Before you start cold-calling you need to have an idea of what, exactly you are selling. Is it you, or what services you provide, what can you do.

    You might also find it worthwhile going to the local library and checking the computer users yearbook. This will give you an idea of who has need of any services you provide.

    This will then indicate who you should be calling.
