Missing Contract
OK chaps, I'm 2 months into my current gig and have yet to receive a signed contract.
The agency has this stoopid rule whereby they send out two paper copies, I sign and return both then they countersign and return one to me again for my records.
Chased a couple of times and just get the "We'll look into it" malarky.
What are the implications of me not having a signed contract and what can I threaten the agency with? I don't really want to threaten but I don't see what the problem can be getting a signature
