i'd be interested in this as it sounds like a good way to keep your skills sharp and do some fun smaller projects. last time i looked at RentaCoder it was all "please build Ebay for $150" and terrible, terrible spelling.

  • Suggest sites to get remote programming work (EU preferred)?

Apart from the dross like RentaCoder, there are apparently some more serious sites out there which work on the same kind of basis. Several people who are freelancers (like me) say this is a god way to get long-term relationships... do one good project through such a site and then get ore work directly afterwards.

The problem is every site I can find prices everything in $. I'd really love to get some work in £ or preferably €, since I exclusively work remotely I see no reason not to chase €, which should be the juiciest choice right now.

Does anyone know of any sites which specialise on work in the EU? That seems the only way to get my hourly rate up past £30 with the $ being so hopeless.

    Thanks for any links.
