    I think you just need appropriate insurance.

    Although you could get done under the Trades Descriptions Act if you try hiring out a Boxster S as a luxury car.

    You'll also need to get a credit card licence so that you can take a swipe to cover any damages.

    Hi,
    Thinking of setting up a luxury hire car company as Plan B (first car would be a Boxster S) funded by a loan from Myco. Does anyone know if I need some sort of special business license for this, or is it just a proper rental insurance policy?
