It's there because the contractor-agency-client contract pairs are available to all ATSCo and REC agencies for their use. No idea how many use them. If you want a better answer, phone the office and ask them - only an agency would know the answer otherwise.

PCG contracts. which one???
Has anyone here used the draft contracts from the PCG? I would like to use the A05-01 Service provider-agency agreement which is the contract between he service provider (My ltd) and the agency not the end client. but has anyone used the A05-02 Agency-client agreement contract?
This looks to be a contract between the agency and the client. I cant see the agency doing this??
