I know exactly the one - cornerstone of any successful technical implementation!
Warrington, eh? Not far from my patch. Things are looking good at the mo so you can definitely push for 5.

I'm a pleb techie ( by choice, the skill with 4 letters, you know the one) and I haven't been on anywhere near 600 a day since Y2K days hence the
. I think 500 has been attainable in the past 12 months but for that I'd have to go on the road. I'd want more than 600 for anything with ANY level of responsibility !
Windy - some initial interest but nobody begging for contact deets. Various guesses on the client, a bank, a phone Co !?

I don't venture south of Warrington but there are a couple of bods here who could do the Data Manager job, I'll mention it to them. I suspect you'll have to vet out a few cowboys for the Architect job, not an easy job to to recruit for.
Besides, Data Migration stinks. I've just finished a couple of years of eastern European and Russki migrations and it was the least enjoyable gig I've had. Postcodes? We don't need no stinkin' postcodes to pay our freakin vendors.
Rant over.
Edit: sorry WindyAnna - not doing your contract ad any favours...

I'll do it. £40/day and a parking space for my rig?
Cool? See you on Monday.

Data Manager Contract
Have a contract opportunity for a Data Manager - initially for 6 months but very likely to be extended - based in Hemel Hempstead and working for me (there had to be a downside!)
The Data Manager owns the Programme Data Solution and scopes, plans and manages the delivery of data into SAP and its management thereafter. Specifically manages the work on:
- Data profiling
- Agreement of data standards
- Data design and rationalisation
- Defining source and target data structures
- Mapping of source data in to the SAP target
- Definition and specification of migration developments
- Definition and specification of data enrichment tools
- Design and execution of reconciliation procedures
- Data cleansing and enrichment activities
- Delivery of controls and audits
- Design and delivery of data maintenance processes
- Data migration scheduling
- Data migration system tests
Key skills and experience:
- SAP Data Management (Note that this is NOT a technical role, there is another team managing LSMWs and ABAPs)
- Project Management
- Data Cleansing and enrichment
- Data quality management
- Disparate legacy landscape
- Functional understanding of data
- Several project lifecycles
- Global projects
- Audits and controls
- SAP and business accounting understanding
- SAP in a retail environment
- Phased rollouts
