Warrington, eh? Not far from my patch. Things are looking good at the mo so you can definitely push for 5.
The 'market' does seem pretty good at the moment. I'm a bit above Warrington and my last 2 jobs have been hourish/hour+ commutes to N.Wales and E.Manc, something closer would be nice. I'm due a rest so will be putting a big bounty on my head when I'm next looking. Just got an extension I wasn't that keen on but I'll cope ! You config ? Or new fangled ?

Eh !!! You mean .Net surely !

I'm a pleb techie ( by choice, the skill with 4 letters, you know the one ) and I haven't been on anywhere near 600 a day since Y2K days hence the . I think 500 has been attainable in the past 12 months but for that I'd have to go on the road. I'd want more than 600 for anything with ANY level of responsibility !

I don't venture south of Warrington but there are a couple of bods here who could do the Data Manager job, I'll mention it to them. I suspect you'll have to vet out a few cowboys for the Architect job, not an easy job to to recruit for.

Besides, Data Migration stinks. I've just finished a couple of years of eastern European and Russki migrations and it was the least enjoyable gig I've had. Postcodes? We don't need no stinkin' postcodes to pay our freakin vendors.

    Rant over.

Edit: sorry WindyAnna - not doing your contract ad any favours...
