    No, assuming all the usual IR35 factors are covered off. If you're on anyone's payroll though, then IR35 is irrelevant since you're paying the tax anyway.

    hi all,

    got a question about fixed term contract:

    - the agency will pay through my ltd company on a monthly basis and i also invoice them fro all my expenses.

    pls dont shoot me down for askin - does this have any implication towards IR35?
