Who cares when you are on 700 a day ! Worth taking a slight rate drop for better views and surroundings but not too much. I'm surrounded by views in my current gig but alas I'm no longer allowed to look.

Newcomer or little bus experience probably get around 400 - 500, but you can always push for more. If you have business knowledge can go for 550 - 650 bracket.
£700/day is not unheard of and very possible. However these figures are the past couple of years, it might go down after the credit crunch trouble.
