    Helpful site

This should give you an idea of going rates and if they're going up or down.

Disclaimer: I have nothing to do with the site, it's just one that I found useful.

Fine, those are industry averages so cater for people working at DVLA at Swansea as well as those in Canary Wharf hedge funds. Still say the OP will struggle to beat £500 even working there.

(it's about £450. You would probably go a little under that..)

    Thanks MrsGoof.

However the problem is what you see on jobserve may not be what you get in real life. So just thought to check if there are any Contracting DBAs on this forum. I've heard that contractors in Oracle Apps having good implementation experience makes 750 a day. is it really true?

A jobserve search will tell you what rates clients want to pay. The actual market strike rate will be different.

started a topic Oracle Apps DBA Rates

    Oracle Apps DBA Rates

What is the average rate for a Oracle Apps DBA in and around London or Reading? I'm looking at moving into contracting and want an idea of what to ask for when contacting agencies. I have got over 6 years of experience working in Oracle Applications with implementation experience of one of the largest roll out of oracle ebusiness suite, having worked for top consulting Multi national companies.

    Thanks

Working...
