Surely a Plan B must include a bit of 'stick to what you know'
So does this mean you dye your hair?

Because hair grows very quickly (half an inch per month), and because you need something strong to cover white hair, you couldn't have shampoo that does the job as effectively as dye. There are products that tone it down (eg henna) and give it a coloured tint, but once it grows more than an inch you can't hide it in any other way than to apply more dye.

I thought the title of this thread was Plan B - ladies needed. Would have made for some amusing Plan B concepts

Plan B - ladies advice needed
I'm sat opposite a oldish woman who obviously dyes her hair, but her grey roots are showing.
Is there not a market for a daily shampoo that contains a colourant so maintaining that 'just dyed' look?Tags: None
