Anybody Use Micorsoft Small Business Accounting

I want to go with either Money 2005 or MS Accounting( which is US only).

I kinda like to use MS software as I expect more interoperability with the rest apps such as Outlook / Excel , etc. , Also MS accounting has some "auto-send to the accountant features" that might be kinda cool.

I am waiting for my first contract so at the moment I am not really sure what I need.

I just downloaded it today, as it is in my MSDN subscription. Thought I would take a look at it to do my books. Was wondering if anybody here uses it?
and to ask what do you guys use?

I use MS Money 2001 Business & Personal, it's still sh*t hot after 6 years, does all your P&L stuff, balance sheets, multiple accounts, transfer between accounts, categorise transactions, set up bill and direct debit reminders, fully exportable in and out of Excel with fully customisable reporting. Ideal for the small business. It's never let me down and you can probably get a legit copy of ebay for peanuts (or dry roasteds)

I tried Sage and it was the most un-intuitive pile of b0l0x I've ever used.

AFAIK ( which is scarce) We basically need accounting package just to send invoices ? So as long as the MS accounting package can produce UK-compliant invices , I guess we can use MS Accounting.

I have the MSDN subscription aswell and want to use the package aswell.

I use Quickbooks but there's no point in you paying twice for software.

So what is Quick books like, is it easy to use?

After playing around with it for an hour yesterday, I discovered it was only the american version, and that there isn't a UK version yet!! But never the less it looks quite good!!
