If you are open to a contract position you need to add some more detail. The IR35 status is key but to be fair it can't be anything but inside. Might want to pull that detail to the top though. Had to read the position very carefully to spot the contract/perm point. Also if you are after contract then rate is absolutely key. It must also be annoying to people looking for perm that the wage isn't there either.

I'm looking for a talented full stack software engineer for a start-up project. This is an initial B2B contract to deliver the MVP. Following that, we'd ideally like this to lead to a full time position as the first full time employee, which would include equity options. This is fully remote and though we'd prefer someone based in the UK that's not essential.
We're building a decentralised IP marketplace for software creators - this a super interesting and high-growth area to engaged with.
